Concerned Person To Be Made Party
(1) If, while proceeding with
a case, in which the Government of Nepal is plaintiff, filed under this
Act, it seems that the case does not fall under Schedule-1 or
Schedule-2 but any other case may be instituted in accordance with
law, the court shall make order to that effect and give information
thereof to the concerned person.
(2) If the concerned person agrees to take over/continue the
case within two months from the date of receiving such information,
that person shall be treated as the plaintiff and the case proceeded
and adjudicated, based on the case-file of the same case in
accordance with law.
